The app and your license

Tempo is a sleep and wellness app that helps you wind down, limit distracting apps, and wake with intention. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tempo on Apple devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference.

Subscriptions (Tempo Pro)

Tempo offers an auto-renewing subscription, “Tempo Pro,” on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

Use Tempo for your personal, lawful use. Don't reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its security, and don't use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Not medical advice

Tempo supports healthy sleep habits, but it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified professional, and don't rely on Tempo for any decision where an inaccuracy could lead to harm.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Tempo, its content, and its trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you rights to our branding.

Disclaimers

Tempo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempo and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Tempo's developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
